Dr. Susan (Pala) Conrad grew up in Chattanooga, TN and has slowly worked her way north and west. She received both her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and Masters in Public Health degrees from the University of Tennessee. After working in Tennessee and Minnesota, she moved to Alaska in 2011 to start working at Alaska Veterinary Clinic. Dr. Conrad’s interests outside of veterinary medicine include reading, singing, hiking and projects around the house. Her four-legged family consists of Jenny (black lab), Paige (golden retriever), Todd (cat), and Meagan (cat).
